Create a campaign for Movember US highlighting men’s mental health.

Idea

With this campaign, I wanted to highlight the millions of men silently struggling with depression due to the stigma surrounding men's mental health.

To demonstrate the reality of silent depression, I added its symptoms to a calendar, symbolizing how depression is a constant presence in many people’s lives. Just because someone appears happy and goes through the motions doesn’t mean they aren’t suffering on the inside.
